Controller Unlocker Web Exception, Name Resolution Failure

Problem

The Web Exception, Name Resolution Failure error indicates an Internet connection is required but not available to the software.

Resolution

1.

Ensure the computer is connected to a good Internet source when reading the vehicle.

2.

If you have confirmed you have a good Internet connection and the problem persists, submit a support ticket and provide a VCM Suite Infolog and debug.dat file.
