I recently installed a Yank PTB 3200 in my 2006 TBSS. After the install I noticed a surge while coasting in gear around 40 MPH. Would someone take a look at my scan/tune and advise on what may be the issue.

I cannot help you. To much of a Noob. But I can tell you that with a completely stock tranny, I was having the same issue in the 40-45MPH range under light to moderate throttle.
Be interested in knowing what you find out.
