I am hoping someone from HP reads this and can help with my situation. Trying to pull the stock tune I am getting a checksum error. Searching the forum it appears this is an easy fix and a definition needs to be made. Ticket # is 428126. I was emailed by a Tier 2 tech from HP that he sent my case to the engineering department for further analysis but no timeline can be given on when the issue will be resolved and if any further info is needed HP will contact me. Indirectly don't hold my breath. This is frustrating because I've spent alot of money on your product that according to the label on the box is not returnable once opened, but I only opened the box because HP said it would work and it's not. Any help would be appreciated.
