Ive had a duramax ecm with the all "y" vin. I was guessing they used some box programmer on it or some mail order efi tune with a generic vin.

One of the other forums has some members working on p10 flex fuel capability. Pretty sure there is some tables in the background to make it work but may be some time off.

Here is one setup and ready to go for...
I think your ve looks a little high in the low speed area. You will probably find a point to where you reduce the ve but the wideband stays rich. Them large injectors can only go so low on pw before...
I also thought of fuel pressure issues. I think that would be a good idea to check pressure on the cold pump. I say dial in the fueling completely before any further tuning to correct any issues....
I have seen a data sheet with a transient fueling table. I did copy it over, the difference was so small it would not have made a difference. Im guessing different injectors may have a different...
The 96 is the max limit in the pcm. The psi is actually controlled by force motor current. Most gm tunes have 98mv starting at 90-96 psi, 0mv being full line pressure. Setting the max to 96 is just...
After the maf and ve are dialed in i would think it should crank better. Im not sure what ect you are having long crank at but i made some adjustments at cooler temps. See if this is better or worse.
You can try that throttle follower table and see how you like it. It only makes it less aggressive in gear. Wonder why the BRAF multiplier is so low on that os?
See how this shifts. Please do some work on the ve and also make sure the new spark table works well
See if this helps you out any.
Many tables in the background to change. Im not sure i have definitions for all of them. Still cannot find the xdf with coil vs cyl. Not counting multiplier tables for knock sensors and probably some...
Here is one parameter you will need access to. I remember seeing a table for cylinder number vs coil pack.
Like i said above, the "firing order" table is only for misfire detection.
Is there not a 454 that was 0411 controlled? I know the 350 made it into 02ish. I believe the table for firing order is only for misfire detection. Someone with user defined parameters may be able to...
Greg is a true hero.
These should get you going. I use this on the gen 3 stuff, does everything but idle tuning.
I keep all my files including math on several flash drives. Hopefully this forum helps the next guy.
I contacted ECM and was given the same formula with the slope .24. It took me a moment to figure out but you use the inverse of the slope, 1/.24. The same slope if you swap the x and y. My bad for...
Does anyone have the formula to get the lambdapro to data log in lambda? This one has a range of .55-1.75L.
If the xdf was that valuable to me it wouldnt get sold. Im also not greedy.
You can copy over the settings from these 2 trucks and try them out. Something i put together for a non overlap cam. Adjust your RPM table up or down globally and see how it responds. No science...
Ive also unlocked a ecm from a 02 duramax lb7 the same way but took about 2 days to get it to hold the flash.
File is readable and writeable.
Good luck, these guys want 600-800 bucks for a xdf.
