Figured it out! The nut holding the main ECU power cable to the lug on the power distribution block was slightly loose. Tightened it up and it's good to go.

Then why would work with no issue for 2+ years? CTS-v in a swap is common with no issue.
Anyone have constructive input?

Thanks for the response. Keeping VVT so I can't use a manual file. I don't think adding VVT to a manual file is an option.
