You changed the TCM (transmission) which does not have its serial number tied to the license. If you change the ECM (for the engine) it will prompt you for credits. Your license is a combo of the ECM...

Swapping out only the TCM and writing a file you've already licensed doesn't need more credits. Can't do that with the ECM though, that breaks the license.
